LISA M. ARREGUIN is a songwriter, recording and touring artist, speaker and author of the book The Crazybrave Songwriter: A Spiritual Guide to Creative Songwriting. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.

Lisa founded Living Crazybrave as a place where artists write original songs, learn about the industry and thrive as artists in a community that supports them. With her husband and family, she owns Love and Laughter Music Group, a 3,000 sq ft. recording and production studio facility located in Southern California.
